Joy Hao

Founder & CEO

Joy is the Founder and Director of Didici Daycare & Afterschool Program. With years of hands-on childcare experience, she leads with a Montessori-inspired, bilingual approach that nurtures curiosity, independence, and confidence. Joy partners closely with families to create consistent routines and open communication, ensuring each child feels safe, capable, and excited to learn every day. In her classrooms, Mandarin and English are woven seamlessly into songs, stories, and purposeful play.

 Karena Yuan

Toddler Teacher

With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Teacher Karena brings warmth, patience, and creativity to her work with toddlers. In China, she founded her own language school, led bilingual summer camps, and was recognized as a National Excellent Instructor in oral language competitions. Since moving to the Bay Area, she has continued her work in Montessori-inspired classrooms. At Didici, Karena helps toddlers thrive through daily conversation, songs, and stories that naturally build confidence in both Mandarin and English.

Xiaoqing  Liu

Infant Teacher

Teacher Xiaoqing Liu provides gentle, nurturing care for Didici’s youngest learners. With years of childcare experience focused on infants, she creates a calm and loving environment where babies feel safe, secure, and understood. Her Montessori-inspired approach balances attentive caregiving with opportunities for exploration at each child’s pace. Xiaoqing treasures every small milestone and partners closely with families to support each baby’s growth.

Lancey Zhang

Art Teacher

Teacher Lancey holds a Master’s degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and has over a decade of painting experience. She introduces children to core techniques such as line, shape, perspective, and color, while also encouraging exploration with modern tools like digital sketching. Lancey’s teaching blends structure with open-ended creativity, helping children build focus, patience, and problem-solving skills. She believes every child has a story to tell—and art gives them the confidence to share it.
